STEPS:
1. 1/2 inch bristle brush – Paint sky and 1st layer of trees with white, blue, green, raw sienna, and black
2. #0 round brush – Paint Eiffel tower and city with brown, black, sky yellow (made in step 1) and white
3. 1/2 inch bristle brush – Finish trees with white, green, yellow and dark green (made in step 1)
4. chalk – Draw outline of woman and railing
5. #6 round brush and 1/2 bristle brush – Paint base coat for woman and railing with black
6. #6 round brush – Finish railing with sky blue (made in step 1) and sky yellow
