Hey friends! In today’s episode of Art and chat I’m going to be talking about how I moved to Paris at 19 by myself (and ways you can, too!) while painting 🙂

If you are new here, I am an American living in Paris, France for the last five years. I am now an art student at a French art school (I’ll have my masters in 2021) and am married to a dreamy French guy! However, that is not how I originally came to France when I was 19 and was just beginning this crazy adventure. I never could have imagined how my life would change, so I wanted to make this video to encourage you to follow your dreams too (however crazy they may seem). I also talk about the benefits of moving abroad as well as some common misconceptions and go in to detail about my own experience. I hope this will inspire you that you don’t need to be rich to travel by showing how I moved abroad with very little money. Most people don’t know that there are so many opportunities and recources out there for you, no matter what your budget is! I also go over other options (helpful links listed below) of how you can move to France as everybody’s situation is different! If you are interested, the paint I used is acrylic (sorry for some of the footage getting cut out!) Anyway, If you liked this video please subscribe for more content in French/English
