Walking through a small interior courtyard, you will come to the elevator which leads to the 6th and final floor (7th floor in the US), where our fully studio vacation rental is found.
When entering the apartment, you will find yourself in the small but well laid-out kitchen. It has all the necessary items for cooking, such as a refrigerator, a stove and a microwave, as well as two windows looking out onto the courtyard.
Facing the kitchen, you will find the bathroom. The bathroom features exposed stone walls and is equipped with a sink, a cupboard, a mirror, and a shower.
The living room, which also serves as the bedroom, has a large sofa-bed, a small table with two chairs, dresser drawers, a wall-mounted flat screen TV, and a stereo system. Moreover, wireless Internet is available throughout the apartment.
As mentioned above, this vacation rental is located in Le Marais, a lively and relaxed neighborhood filled with cafes and trendy boutiques, in the heart of Paris, which is perfect for strolling and shopping.
Walking along the rue des Francs Bourgeois, you will come to the sumptuous Hôtel de Rohan, which dates back to 1705. It is nowadays home of the National Archives.
The rue du Trésor is a charming passageway, lined with cafes and small boutiques, where you will surely love to stroll.
On rue de Rivoli, you will find the Bazar de l’Hôtel de Ville, or BHV as Parisians call it. It is a massive shopping center, which is found, as you might expect, in front of the Hôtel de Ville.
The Hôtel de Ville has been the location of the municipality of Paris since 1357. The square in front of it is a social meeting place for both Parisians and tourists.
Just a few blocks away, you will find the Gothic Tower of Saint Jacques, raised in 1523, which is the last remnant of a church, destroyed after the French Revolution.
Last but not least, The Georges Pompidou Center. The Georges Pompidou Center is a museum of contemporary art, founded by the former French President Georges Pompidou. This colorful atypical building opened to the public in 1977, and it is now home to one of the largest art collections in the world.
